Harbinson Mulholland needed a new website that better reflected their brand and the excellent service they provide. A key challenge was in balancing their service offering to mid-sized businesses and support for the local economy against the global perspective they provide for larger corporations. The firm also wanted to showcase their brand values of service, excellence and care – which are key to the progressive nature of their approach and all that they do.
Making It Count
Horrible Brands set out to create a new website that would act as both a creative and technical refresh of the existing brand, consolidating Harbinson Mulholland’s position within the local market as well as adding that much needed credibility for prospective clients and new recruits. The new website was designed to be modern and interactive, encouraging users to delve deeper into the values and people behind the firm along with core services, testimonials and thought leadership articles.
Content Is King
Correcting an outdated brand and/or design is only half the battle. As is often the case, hitting the mark in terms of content was critical to differentiating Harbinson Mulholland as a reliable partner and employer. To meet this challenge, Horrible Brands worked in collaboration with the Harbinson Mulholland team on a detailed Brand Strategy that mapped out their mission, vision, tone of voice, key challenges and our recommended solution. We then used this to inform content generation, putting our copywriting skills to work on creating succinct messaging that gave a much more accurate account of the firm.
